These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cadreworks website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cadreworks provides a roster of AI "colleagues" — software assistants powered by large language models — that you can chat with and delegate tasks to. The AI colleagues are software, not human employees, and their output is generated automatically.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Input") and, as between you and us, of the responses generated for you ("Output"). You grant Cadreworks a limited license to process your Input and Output solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your Input and for how you use any Output.
AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for your needs. It is not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You must review and verify Output before relying on it. You use Output at your own risk.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI model, hosting, and authentication providers such as Google). Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Features and any paid plans may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service. If we introduce fees for a feature, we will make the terms clear before you are charged.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadreworks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cadreworks harmless from claims arising out of your Input, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be subject to the courts located there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
